Our improvement process goes through many phases. We consult experts across the value chain, study research papers, and work with lab analysts to understand how best to use what’s around us to achieve the results we seek.

We Test

Our testing begins at home. We live with our samples, cooking with them, eating them, and sharing them with those around us. This way, we’re not only testing the science behind each formulation, but also how naturally it fits into daily life.

Are your products approved by NAFDAC?

All Satfarms products on display have been submitted to the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). Our production processes are also fully documented by them to ensure quality and traceability.

Have your products been tested for safety and nutrition?

Yes. All our products have been tested by independent, accredited laboratories to verify nutritional content and confirm their quality and safety.

How do you handle deliveries?

We use inDrive Courier for all deliveries, allowing customers to track their packages directly and benefit from dynamic pricing. All orders are dispatched from Hakeem Dickson Drive, Maroko, Lagos.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 10am are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered the following day.

Deliveries go out Monday to Saturday between 7am and 12pm.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are handled only through our website checkout, securely processed via Paystack’s encrypted gateway. Paystack supports debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD, and is PCI-DSS certified, ensuring your payment information is handled with the highest level of security.

What’s the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product. Please check the individual product page or packaging for specific expiry and storage details. All Satfarms products are sealed for freshness and made without artificial preservatives.
