Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products and health safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Unsealed Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, unsealed, or incorrect, contact us within 4 hours of delivery at contact@satfarmsng.com. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product showing the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

We'll assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund for verified issues.

No Returns On:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Products past the 4-hour reporting window
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Missed Deliveries: No returns or refunds will be issued for orders that could not be delivered due to the recipient being unreachable at the time of delivery.
